Keep your Founders Series hardware looking pristine and performing at its peak with these simple maintenance steps:

Hand Wash Recommended: Wash the tumbler body with warm, soapy water using a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Avoid scouring pads or steel wool to preserve the premium finish and keep your laser-engraved details sharp.
Lid & Gasket Care: Remove the silicone gasket from the lid periodically to clean underneath where moisture can collect. Wash all lid components thoroughly before reassembling.
Deep Clean Strategy: For coffee, tea, or everyday usage buildup, soak the lid and tumbler in warm water mixed with mild dish soap or baking soda for 15 minutes before rinsing.
No Microwave or Freezer: Vacuum-insulated stainless steel must never be placed in a microwave, freezer, or on a direct heat source. Extreme cold can ruin the vacuum seal, and metal cannot be microwaved.
Drying & Storage: Allow all parts to air dry completely upside down. Store the tumbler with the lid off or tilted open to maintain maximum freshness between uses.
