Refund policy

Custom Order Policy:

Every Baba Tumbler is permanently laser-engraved to order. Because of the personalized nature of our customized drinkware, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect color choices, or accidental orders.

 

Damaged Items or Print Defects:

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your tumbler arrives damaged from transit, or if there is a clear error with the laser engraving, we will gladly replace it entirely at no cost to you!

 

To claim a free replacement:

1. Contact us at babatumblers@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage or engraving defect.
3. Do not ship the item back to us; once approved, we will immediately fast-track a brand-new replacement to your door!
