• 2-in-1 Lid Cleaning: Open both the sip flip-cap and straw port when washing. Soak the lid assembly in warm, soapy water for a deep clean, ensuring water flows through both drink paths.
• Preserve the Finish: Hand wash the body using a non-abrasive sponge. While high-grade stainless steel is tough, avoiding harsh detergents keeps the matte finish and laser engraving sharp for years.
• No Microwave, Cooktop, or Freezer: Vacuum-insulated hardware must never be microwaved, frozen, or placed on a direct heat source.
• Air Dry Completely: Store the tumbler with the lid removed or tilted open to allow air circulation when not in use.
