Care & Cleaning Guide
Proper care keeps your tumblers performing like new and prevents buildup in the lid and straw components.
Hand-washing the stainless steel base with warm water and mild dish soap is strongly recommended to protect the vacuum seal and exterior finish. Never microwave, freeze, or use chlorine bleach.
Daily Cleaning

Disassemble All Parts
Unscrew the lid and pull out the straw.
• For the 14oz Mini: Flip the spout open and pull the straw stem out from the underside of the cap. -
Wash the Stainless Steel Base
Clean the inside and outside of the vessel using warm, soapy water and a soft bottle brush or sponge. -
Clean the Lid & Straw Assembly
Wash the lid thoroughly with warm soapy water. Use a small straw brush to scrub through the straw.
• For the 32oz Nomad: Open the sip cover to rinse out any trapped liquid.
• For the 14oz Mini: Pass the straw brush straight up through the open flip spout to clear out any residue. -
Air Dry Completely
Leave all parts separated upside down on a drying rack. Leave the 14oz Mini spout flipped open so air circulates through the mechanism.
Deep Cleaning & Maintenance (Weekly / As Needed)
- Remove Silicone Gaskets: Gently pop out the rubber sealing rings from inside the lid rim (and the 14oz Mini spout seal). Wash them separately or soak in equal parts warm water and white vinegar for 15 minutes to eliminate odors and prevent mold.
- Dishwasher Safe Parts: Lids, straws, and silicone gaskets can be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher. Keep the painted metal bases out of the dishwasher to preserve the powder coat.
- Stubborn Stains: Fill the base with warm water and 1 tbsp of baking soda, let sit for 30 minutes, then scrub and rinse.
